celebrity fitness


Upon recieving a 14 day free trial, jess jess n me gleamed for joy.. our boredom problem now has a solution -- work out at the gym..
advantages : build stamina, lose weight,tone muscles , kill time, have fun
so we plan to try out every program they have, or rather most of the programs they have.. at 8 in the morning we were there trying out hartha yoga by instructor anna.. well i alwiz tot yoga was suppose to be relaxing n some form of meditation.. turns out its quite a tough work out.. you gotta balance yourself pivoting on one arm n one leg in some funny position ( god my arm was so tired ).. den stretch inner thigh muscles and hamstrings ( ow my lack of flexibility gave me probs here ).. finally she showed us some back relaxation ( but arm torture cos u gotta support ur entire weight based solely on ur arms ).. by the time the one hour session ended i sorta felt a lil muscle sore ( not tat intense la )
ah well.. den came fun step.. ( which me n jess jess hapily skipped cos we were tired ) and den ABT by instructor joseph.. ah.. this was some compact leg workout making us step up step down den bend kness hold it there bend again up bla bla bla.. we excaped after being in there half an hour cos it was too straineous on the knee..
ha ha i totally enjoyed the hip hop routine which was after the ABT conducted by instuctor jimmy.. it was fun n nice.. music was good.. moves were groovy.. and fast and compact too.. so by the time i've dance finished a 1 minute routine i was all sweating and panting.. but hey.. i liked it..
last one we attended was some jazz dance.. ah well.. this instructor ( lili ) taught too fast.. and jazz moves need some time to master.. so well, i was kinda all chicken feet.. i was lik "ok 1 2 3 4 right left pump up turn n WHAT? hold on whoa.. faster slow 3 n 4 hey turn right or left? wait too fast!! oh NO 3 steps? 4? hello?? " gosh.. totally din enjoy it.. i was tensed n stressed cos i dun have basic jazz background n its hard catching up with their turns or pumps..
anywayz.. after i headed back home i gobbled a whole meal of grill mcchicken foldover.. so much for burning calories.. haha
