My daddy always like family time. The more the better. Hence although he is super busy with his work, he'll still plan some sort of getaways for the family. (Mainly because he needs it the most, work = stress, holiday = no stress)
Actually I was hoping he would go to Bangkok, but due to time constrain (sister got SPM need to study) we can only afford one night, therefore we ended up in the very remote, quiet, peaceful town of Rompin.
Even the journey there is surrounded and full of greenery!
There are a lot of things that I always do out of habit on a holiday. One of them would be snapping mandatory pictures of the : -
Rompin is such a peacefull place. Small town, lots of greenary, nice beach, and PEACE. (The quietness, the tranquility, the serenity)
So we do family things. Like playing beach volleyball, and beach soccer.
Actually I don't see the point in playing soccer. You kick the ball, hurt your feet, and get sand in your face. But it was fun. We were laughing and rolling on the floor like nobody's business.
And then I came up with the suggestion of what people always do at beaches. Take jumping shots!! And it was SO SO SO SO SO SO SO FARRNEEEEEYYY!!
This was me, trying to teach them how to do a proper jump
This was my sister, and her -gulp- jump (Gosh look at her expression)
This was us, attempting to go crazee (Me doing the seeki head tilt)
Guess who decided to join us?!!??!?! (Daddykins)
This was us, jumping without communication (hence the messy sideways front ways legs all over the place jump)
Next morning daddy made us all wake up at some un-godly hour just to have a stroll on the beach. We were all grumpy and complaining at first. But hey, it was pretty nice a stroll.
That was pretty much our one night trip to Rompin. On the way home we had some durian cakes and tarts and ice-cream from some store in Karak. Oh My God it was heavenly. Damn damn damn nice!!!
And on our way home, me n my sister was singing and singing in the car. Oh god it was so funny. I laughed so much I could feel my stomach stitch after a while. It was fun, the good old times where we always sing at the top of our voices. Missed it!!
