Karaoke

Turns out holidays are much more entertaining than I thought it would ever be. I had fun so far, and the plans are pouring in. So many things to do, yet so little time. and SO LITTLE MONEY!!!!

Going out is always about spending money right? B.R.O.K.E

Before I start on how my last outing turned out to be, I want to rant a little. I PASSED MY EXAMS!!!!!!!! *omg I can't believe it I am so proud*

Honestly, I had a really really really bad scared this morning. Just to avoid seeing and meeting all the smartie pants in uni, I went to uni 2 and a half hours late, hoping I could avoid the crowd. And when I was standing right in front of the Academic Affair Department, I was handed a slip with a FREAKING ENVELOPED ATTACHED TO IT BEHIND!!! (an extra envelope usually means you fail your exams because the envelope will consist the timetable of remedial classes and resit timing). I tell you, I nearly felt how a failure would feel almost instantly!!! Hopes all crashing and everything. Mind you it was NOT a nice feeling at all.

Then I slowly peeled open the result slip, and saw a bold "P" beside both columns for both papers. My oh my, my heart could've jumped out of my mediastinum and pump on the floor. How relieved was I. Man! Turns out the extra envelope was to show I passed moral studies!! GOSH GOSH GOSH!!

Damn IMU admin, scaring people like that.

Okay. Back to the main topic. It's been a gazillion year since I last STEP into a karaoke room. I miss screaming my lungs out. Oh the Stress-relieving-ness.

See how serenating it is to indulge in a little singing whereby noone is around to judge how you sound because everyone sounds terrible?!?!

And that's little jelly butt (Luyi) by the karaoke screen.

Honestly, it's not all about singing. It's all about catching up and keeping in touch with friends. The last time I saw them was about a month ago, in which I barely spend more than half an hour with them because I was too busy zooming around entertaining guests during my birthday. This time round it's real catching up!!

The girls

Lol, and there's always camwhoring to do whenever you get bored. For instant, when a song your friends pick pops out, but you have no idea how it goes because you have never heard of it before (happens a lot of times because I am super outdated in chinese songs). Make cheeky faces and POSE FOR THE CAMERA!!!Ryan getting a little heated up singing *pointing the finger*

Ryan for you *clubbing freak*

And then things might get heated up a little on rare occasions you might even get to see people doing this!!

Later on, it was too early to head home, not in time for lunch nor dinner, so we just slack around Paddington's House of Pancakes to have a little chat.

Mind you, our little chat is a real BIG ONE. Chatted for so long it lasted for easily 3-4 hours??? *lost track of time then*

Paddington's Hot Choc with Marchmallow and Cappucino

And pancakes of course

It's great catching up with everyone. Though I wish more people came, but it was a weekday and not everyone's on holiday. So oh well, there's always next time I guess. Till then

Rant time : I hate being told what to do. I hate always being on precaution mode. Isn't loving someone trusting him completely?? Then why do people keep telling me things that make me do so otherwise?!?!?!
