But alas, the wait wasn't long. Sook Yeen's family was planning a surprise masquerade for her all along. I am glad she was happy that night. But of course, I was even happier to be trotting around taking endless pictures with everyone. And their masks of course.

Anyways. After being excited for the half an hour journey there, I arrived, but still too shy to put on my mask. Hehe, wanna survey the area before making our move.
Oh. By the way, forgot to mention about my masks. yes yes. I made my own mask. =) and I totally adore mine!! You can spot the designs in the pictures.
So back to that evening. When I arrived at the reception, I could hear a small high pitch chirping voice going "Put on your mask, Have you got you green ticket?"
My oh my, who was it to be but if not for Yeen's little cousin!! Cute little thing.

While waiting for the rest to arrived, I decided to enter the toilet for a powder check. Guess who I bumped into??
Denise and Aveena!! Love that butterfly mask!!

It was fun. I mean, quite a different experience. And of course, loads of picture taking.
Then came the birthday girl. We shouted surprise!! and just as though she was programmed to do so, her faced turned into a huge surprised grin as well.
SURPRISE!!

It was quite a day for me, because on that evening, I got to meet my primary school mates, who has been lost for so many years. SO MANY YEARS. SO MANY YEARS!!
Wow, I didnt think we'll still remember one another and talk like we were still primary six kids after 8-9 years of absences.
