A Before-After picture. Too bored nothing to do. Lolz.

I am exploring blogger's newest feature. The updated editor. And I'm not liking it. I think it takes some getting used to. Somehow I find the adjustments and settings a little confusing, and slow too.

Last last Wednesday was my sista's SAM prom. And the benefit of having an elder sister in the house is that you get your hair and make up done F.O.C.

Here's her look!! Whacha think?

The white fluffy thingi on her head is no head dress man. It's 100% built using hair. I took her super-duper thick hair, and pile it on top like a mountain. Then use a string of beads to make a spiraling pattern, and lastly, line the side with feathers so it looks like a hat.

Pro leh. Actually, I wanted to go without the feathers, but somehow, it looks a little funny. Cos hair don't really stand out against hair. So tambah feathers. And whoalaaa.

Mom say I look like a indonesian maid standing next to her WTF?!?!?!?!? (if you think I'm fair, wait till you see my sista)

I was photo editing a picture to use as my Msn display pic, and mom was so intrigue by how a software can change a picture so much. So I just randomly showed her how to make eyes bigger, add eyeliner, soften the jawline, Remove excess frizzy hair.

I didn't even touch on the colour hue of a picture yet. And there IS a difference. And since I demo-ed the whole picture editing to her, may as well post it up. Lolz. Of course, my skills are no where near pro-level. I don't have the eyelash or colour contacts add in kit as well. And once again, I use Ulead. Not photoshop.

So yea. The results. Tsk tsk

I was just reading through my bloggie for a little blogging inspiration. I swear these days I'm losing the mojo. I have the most boring blog on earth. All short sentences and pictures. In fact ALL PICTURES. How you guys put up with me man?

Self Pampering Step 2 - Manicure + Pedicure.


I had only done Mani/Pedi a countable amount of times in my life. I think even one hand can count finish. I always thought that Mani/Pedi is a waste of money, because I can paint my nails as well as the ppl in the nail parlour do. But hey, Mani/Pedi is not about nail painting. It's about removing all the excess dirt, skin, cuticles so that our fingers/toes become healthier and shinier and better blablabla.

So, since I am in dire need for some make-over/selfpampering treatment, I made a date with Chloe, the only other person who believes in Mani/Pedi, and we went for some Exfoliating Mani Pedi. Nguahahaha. EXFOLIATING MAN. Then the very next day we were dancing barefooted. There goes all the exfoliation.

Aahh, those fingers feels so so so so smooth. Definitely worth the money. But I ain't gonna do it so often cos it'll just leave my wallet wounded.


Self Pampering Step 3 - New Hair Do. Lolz.

It's been ages since I last had my hair trimmed to a appropriate length. Look at how unsightly LONG my hair has grown!!!
The uneven ends, some even splitted. The unsightly texture, the duo-toned colour. And the fringe. Not long, not short, not even trimmed to be side swept.



And its so long, the hair passed my boobs. HairMakeOver ALERT!

And I had this RM 199 Centro Voucher. Director's cut + Colouring + Treatment = RM 199 *cheap!!*

So, Viola, I now have very light head, after all the heavy locks are gone from me THICK plus LONG hair.

Makeover for Coco

These days, I've been pampering myself way too much. It's about time I give the body a little time to rejuvenate after all the stress of studying for ten months.

Step 1 of pampering : Girly Day Make Over.

WenXia aka Jean came over and we had our lil tutorial on how to clean face, plus how to massage face. I just realise all my wash face + facial techniques are ALL WRONG until a pig can fly. Well, now I got new Si Fu liao.

Haha. I am gonna look ten times better than all the girls out there with my good radiant skin. NGUAHAHAHAHA.

Green eyes match with green eye make up. Somehow the make up doesn't turn up in pictures. But yea, there is still make up if you squint you eyes harder.

Now I got a facial friend, plus make up artist friend. Just need to rub shoes with more hair stylist friends and when I got function no need to spend money d. *Evil Grin*

So the night of that day was spend hanging out with BELOVED Jessica Tung. After all, we've been hanging out for 22 years, to the trend keeps growing. Place of the night = CocoBanana. Honestly, I prefered Zouk so much more. Maybe too little kaki's went thats why. But pictures nonetheless. Haha A toast, to the 22 years of friendship. *Winks* Step 2 coming soon...

Life these days, has been such a challenge. There is the constant aching dull pain lying somewhere inside me, but I have yet to locate it's cause, or it's solution. Perhaps its the boredom, perhaps its the need of getting something done. Or perhaps, I was hoping for something more more more more out of life than what I have right now. I'm on holidays man I should be feeling all happy and excited about it.

I just hope that God will be able to give me the strength I need to get past this stage, because it's really not a very nicey nice nice feeling!! Time for me to stand up and do something, instead of bumming around and waiting for some miracle to happen.

Just today, I headed to the temple to have a little cleansing ritual. Nope, I'm not superstitious, but sometimes, I feel like I owe my existence to God. Everything that has happened, happened for a reason. I am glad to have a warm family around me, and loads of thanks to friends who are there for me. Sometimes I take these things or granted, but I now appreciate them like tons of golden thread. Lolz.

4) We've got a pair of lover camry's sitting in front of my house yo. Muahks-ing each other.

5) Jade Bday!!

Theme was wear something red, but not red. Lol.


6) Siew Ting's departure

She has the same fringe fringe as me!!!!!! Miss this girl. This was taken a few days before she left for Canada. Roar!!!


7) Shopping outing
I spotted the most Chio dress ever. Its almost the same as SiewKimPromQueen's dress except, its in leopard prints!!! I won't ever dare to wear this out to any function, but its so so so so CHIOOOOO.

Cheerleading 09

Life is treating me good. My wardrobe alone is screaming in AGONY cos of the extra load I've been adding to it these days. I've got another few winter coats now. Just waiting for US and Winter!!

It was (notice how it "was, and not "is") the time of the year again when you can hear chants and music blasting in a medical university at about 8-10 pm at night EVERY single day.

Yes yes, cheerleading time again.

Sadly, I am always sitting in the library wishing I could somehow join a team and contribute all the awesome stunt ideas of mine to jazz up the routine.

You never know how widely I smiled when you approaced me Erica (although deep inside my heart was filled with guilt and the little white angel on my shoulder was stabbing me with its wand).

But I befriended the red devil on the other shoulder and borrowed its devil fork.

Well, Diamonds was RED after all. Hence devil-ish-ious.


The first time I attended their training, was about 1 week before the competition. Haha, seriously, my jaw dropped. Out of 24 members, 8 were there, and they were doing this funny hand thing that make no sense at all.

And they can't basket toss. Oh-My-God.


One week later, they could do almost anything. Roast turkey, Liberty, Toe-touch basket toss (forgive me for the cheer jargons).

Imma a proud momma. But of course, it's all the teams effort. I was only there for like maximum 5 hours in total. MAXIMUM. They train themselves hard, they put in all the last minute effort (apparently last minute is their thing).

Oh, gotta thank Chloe there too. (see? it's like Diamonds teamwork all over!!)

Alright. The night itself, the girls were all dolled up pretty, did some stretching, warming up and all, all ready for the big night.


I swear to you, they were POLE DANCING for their warm up. Urgghhhh, I sometimes don't get these draco-ians.


Nontheless they put up a perfect routine. And hey, it was neat!!!

Pinko Pinke Pinki Pink

In support of breast cancer awareness, the entire world is being ruled by pink. For the mo. (much to my short-lived delight)

Even my campus has a huge Pinkety Pink balloon made sculpture hanging in the middle or the atrium.

So in conjunction of this campaign, Bangsar Village has its own, Outrageously Pink Nite, to harbour support and create more awareness. Everyone is supposed to turn up in PinketyPink.




There were fashion shows, dance performances, stand up comedians, laughter therapy session (I like this one!!) and many more which I missed since I was there late, and took a detour to snack (since we didn't have dinner).


Here's my pinketypink look. Even the camera matches!!! Weee!!! Pink Rawks. (It's not everyday I have my hair tied in 2 ponytails, but the damn hair was in a mess cos I bundle them up the whole day, and I don't own a straightener to comb it down neatly!)

But it turned out okay I guess.

Modelle is one of the sponsors for the event, and by that, we were all invited to participate in this function. Here are some of the Modelle girls (which are all so pretty - sighhhh ).

The only performance I was in time to witness was the dance performance from Celebrity Fitness. Well, nothing reall spectacular. But I'll say the 4 of them can dance REALLY WELL. *jealous*

Bohemian style.

Its a fine monday noon. We were all trapped at this office for an hour or so.

That's me, Po Leen and Lai Kuan.

Finally, we reached the area where all happening things are happening. It's my first time being photographed by a professional team. And I was boiling with excitement, and nervousness.

Our theme, was Bohemian. Our assigned destination, was the heritage hotel.

I was greeted by two Bohemian girls from the morning session. Ola!!! So pretty la. I saw their shots on the computer, and felt instantly, nervous. My face can't produce such high fashion shots. Die la......


Before you knew it, 2 of us we sitting down having our hairs tugged and combed, and whatever they were doing by professionals. While some started have their faces painted on. Efficientnya.


And the final product?? Tada.... My hair look like I just came out from the movie hair spray. Lol. See the resemblance??

A lot of them said I look more retro, than boho. Haha. Retro-nya *strikes elvis pose*

We had A LOT A LOT A LOT of waiting time. Cos each girl takes about an hour to shoot. So gotta wait for 6 girls that's 6 hours. I was half wishing I had my USMLE book with me. Lol. Nonetheless, time well spent, CAMWHORING!!!!


We all had this pale pale nude lips looks. Apparently its suitable for Boho theme. Our lips were lined with concealer wei. Damn funny looking. Like going to fall sick anytime.






I was later on swapped to Charles and Keith's bondage heels, cos the stylist say my dress is TOO plain. (which I secretly agree) Paired with pink socks worrr. So clashing. But that's the point [quote stylist]. I would never dare to wear those out. Lol.
