God is kind, yet cruel.

God is kind to spare me this time round. Like they say, miracles do happen. I could've swore I counted my marks to be way less than half the total paper. (50% is pass you see) There was no way I could've passed the last exam. But I guess I am a little lucky. Perhaps I got a little pity mark here and there, and half marks for those semi-wrong answers. But it was so close. A little more mistake would have made me a failure.

But I am so not happy with myself. This is by far the worse results I have ever got in my term in IMU. (I got a C) I could've have done a lot better. However I am really motivated to study even harder right now. I want to know how it feels to see an A in my exams result slip. I want to have that estatic feeling.

On an unrelated note -> Way before our exams, Kherlik said " After exams, lets go .... (all of us thought it was going to be some big plan) .... eat pork noodle"
A big -.-'' spreaded across all of our faces.

But here we were, quite some time ago. At Tawau's pork noodle in Sg.Long.

And to end it with my usual dose of

Nail art.

Oh and before I end this post. I need to blog about something.

I saw Amber Chia today. *or rather I THINK its her*. With a whole lot of cute guys.
We (Me Chloe and ShuYee) were happily shopping in Bangsar. And just as we were about to leave, we waited at the lift to go to the carpark. And suddenly a swarm of very good looking people, in very formal attire and very heavy make up walked passed us. And when the lift door opened, there were another swarm of good looking people inside. And so we entered the lift, and AmberChia/lookalike asked me what floor. I was so blur I kept staring at her.

Lol

Thats all for now. Thank you.

New Phone, New Nails. And rojakish rants

There is another addition to my family. Well, my superficial family. Or rather my family of inanimate objects.

Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, husbands and wifes, Mister and Misses,

Introducing and presenting, the best creation in the communication world, with a splat of elegance, and tint of glory,

the W580i!!! IN PINKKK!!!

OMIGOSH IS SO PRETTY!!!!

Actually I was really deciding between the pink and the white one. Because both also really really pretty. But since Pink is in LIMITED EDITION, I decided to buy pink.

Me now Happy Happy. LOL

Check out the lights at the side. Wooo!!!

As though this post isn't bimbotic enuf, I needa further bimbotify is (not intended) with more pictures of my hobby

Nails. *lol so expected-nya*
But this time it didn't turn out as nice as I picture them to be. Maybe the stones I use is a tad bit too big. Looks so indian-ish.

But nevermind, I shall leave it on for like 2 weeks before wasting time changing the design again.

Okay, no a not bimbotic post to SAVE THIS POST FROM PINK-DOM.

I went back to Kampar for cheng beng 1st time ever. Usually the day my aunt pick foe cheng beng always clashed with my dad's side, so we'll all go back to my dad's side to pray.

But this year, it didn't. So it was quite a different experience.

Lol. I gotta run. Seeya around

Clarification and Dancing.

Clarification :
I need to do some clarification. The post I put up here*clicks* has nothing to do with anyone of my friends. Not those in IMU, not those in Spore, not those in Sec school either. I hope none of you misunderstand. It is something to do with my sister, something happened to her, and I am just helping her rant out frustration. Although I cannot publicize what exactly happened because I need to respect my sister's wishes, anyone of you out there who want to know what exactly happen feel free to email me ( lpwen@yahoo.com ).

Anyways, pictures of dance performances are up.

1st up would be IMEC conference dinner. *or something like that*

And honestly, somehow some cars managed to magically appear inside IMU itself. I wonder if its to impressed the deans from all over the world that were at the IMEC conference because it'll be quite crazy if they target STUDENTS for car sales.

But nontheless, its a great opportunity to become car models. *amatuer* tsk tsk
And oh, random note : the ceiling of IMU is actually quite nice.
We did two dances - Into the New World and Rising Sun. But for now I'll just show you Into the New World cos Rising Sun was so messy it sucked.

Next performance is Finale Night - Last day of M108's Orientation
We did the same two dances, but now I'll show you Rising Sun cos it was much better. Haha. The quality is lousy tho because its dark and everything.

Last

lunch in KK

One final post on the lil KK trip.

This was dated back in January in case those of you who wonder what's up with the random post of Kota Kinabalu.

After an ass paining travelling experience in the cramped up MPV, we reached KK.

It was a nice place, cool town, with a really beautiful yatch club. And a nice bay too.

We met the KK people, namely Rachel Yong and Dominic. They brought us for a mini tour. Actually a really mini on indeed which is just bringing us to the yatch club due to time constrain.

I simply love the yatch club. Bee Ee Ae OO TiFulll!!!

Not long, we're back in the MPV for a extremely unbelievable journey back to Sandakan. 8 hours I guess. or longer. I cant rmb. But we're very good at self-entertaining.

And check out the state of the MPV when we're back. Big boy was covered with so much dust yo.

The day after that we bad our farewells and said our good byes and we were off to the land where reality hits again.

Last picture taken at Elaine's house.

Ewwwww-gene

This is a little outdated. But Wilkinson had a small surprise for Eugene for his 21st birthday, which was not long after our exams.

And the plan was to give him a little lunch time BooHooSurprise at Piccolo Mondo, MidValley.

Denise was sweet to get Helium balloons for him, and as usual, we scooted around MidValley secretly hoping to not bump into Eugene while we get the cake, and then scooted to Piccolo Mondo secretly hoping to not bump into him again while waiting to scream surprise when he finally appeared with a very suspicious Wilkinson accompanying him to god-knows-what-they-are-doing.

Chicken Dancer

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I am back to the chicken sport. If you don't really know what I am talking about just click *here*. So next to all those pro with ballet hip hop watsoever background, honestly, I look like a chicken. With flail limbs and everything cos I fail to lock them. Man, I so need dance classes.

I am such a blur-head these days. And I realise I drive so damn dangerously. Some police car was flashing his lights away tailing me, for quite sometime too. Until I made a sudden swerve into another exit to pump petrol. I think I see a ticket coming man.

I went for Clinical Skills Unit with my fancy nails. Mentally prepared to get a major blast from my assigned lecturer * I am so not gonna remove my nails for some dumb CSU session okay*, I ended up getting praised for beautiful nails. Dr. Sassi is the nicest CSU lecturer ppl.

I am gonna end this abruptly. Got a block suddenly. Will be back. Bye

Nails

This post is suppossedly combined with the political one below. But I figured, ahya, so different punya issues, just separately.

So a short one ahead.

After 2 weeks of abstaining from my beloved hobby, due to exams and dirty nail-ruining orientation activities, I finally managed to indulge in my favourite past time once more!!!

Feet design. Man. Its such a pain in the back to do the feet. Blame my lack of flexibility

Thumb design.

Politics Politics

Its so unlike me to write about politics. I never had any interest in politics and my general knowledge sucks so bad I only knew Bill Clinton is actually some US ex-president. *okay don't laugh*

But this time round, the hoo-haa about this election is so big, so great that I have no choice but to acknowledge its presence. My parents has been supporting Barisan National (BN) all along ever since they have registered as a voter.

But the recent management of the country was so disappointing they are actively campaigning and psycho-ing everyone to vote for the opposition. I bet you most people out there are probably feeling this way too. Hence the major hoo-haa.
Ever since Dr. Mahatir stepped down, things has been going down hill for BN. Pak Lah being a lil weak in his position is allowing many other ministers to climb over his lovely grey head.

And the roads are worse then ever. Plus oil prices are increased despite being an oil producing country.
And Hindraf leaders are jails for no reason.

The opposition team is really going strong this time round. Almost everyone I asked around is voting for them. Its probably all because of Anwar's effort, despise him not being able to run for any office post.

But the usual prevails. Days before election, you see poster and flyers and banners everywhere, ugly-fying the entire country.
Its so bloody obvious BN has all the money in the world to waste on banners when all DAP has is one miserable row of banner when BN has like 7623127398127312387123 rows on. Speak about fairness.

But oh well. Right now the status of the vote countings status seems to be making the opposition a lot happier than BN. So I guess the amount of banners placed doesn't make any difference. Haha.
Just yesterday I was dragged by my dad to listen to some "ceramah" given by Tony Phua, opposing candidate in Taman Megah area. I was so shocked that they openly critic BN in such a manner that you might get sentenced to death if it wasn't for election.

"Samivellu is a useless man, he is so useless he can go pee in his pants"

Whoa, I salute the candidates. Their public speaking is so good it turns your eyes green with jealousy. And they were like some celebrity on stage, whereby people chant you names, and go YES whenever you say something.
But this is the first time I ever saw the community so united and so supportive. I guess BN really screwed up.

So comes election and then the counting. Selangor Kedah Penang and Kelantan already fell into the opposition's hands. Samivellu is already out of job. This is really history in making. Never in history has the opposition parties dominate the votes so badly
.

But we're still getting the BN as our gov.

And oh, for your safety people, just stay at home tomorrow.

Exams down the ditch

I AM SO GONNA FAIL THIS EXAM

- I know, most people claim that "oh your exaggerating" or "that's such an understatement" or "you're probably too overwhelmed by emotions".

Actually I have this strong feeling that I didn't do well this time, despite the noticable increase in studying effort. And the feedback section confirmed that.

Big sigh. I am in such sad mode that I don't have anymore things to write here.

Sneak preview. Orientation

So far, Orientation for the M208's has started. Well, very nicely timed indeed, just when it has to clash with examinations.

So, as part of my group's member, I need to impart camwhoring skills in them. Haha.

Joking lar. Just a few pictures taken while we were bored. Will tell the whole orientation story when I no longer need to feel guilty sitting in front of the computer.
