very "che" month

My mom says this month is a very "che" (unlucky) month for me. Too many things has been happening to me, some even nearly costing me my life.

I reached cheerleading practise today all fired up and pissed. I had appointment with my urologist today at 9.30, by right I should be released by 10. But the doctor, busy as he is only came into the clinic at 1030. Hence I was late for cheerleading practise, I am sorry guys, I didn't expect that to happen.

There were a lot of misunderstandings and miscommunication, by right someone should be there to lead the team without my presence, shit happens. So I reached uni as soon as I could. Only to find less than half the team was there, only to be shooted at by someone who has no right in the first place to tell me off like that. If you want me to respect you, first you got to show me some respect. You try being captain leading 20 people in a pressed for time choreography event and see if you can do a better job then me. Then you talk. Otherwise I'll appreciate it if you use a nicer tone and talk to me next time.

I take suggestions and advice and pointers very nicely, noone's perfect after all. But save your reprimands and scoldings thank you. I tend to not listen in that manner.

So you see, I live on such stress on a daily basis. If its not cheerleading its something else. Prolly the frustration that my volleyball is degrading, or the worries of friendship problem, and 50% of the time, feeling bad for not spending enough time at home. Apart from all these, I find my body aching almost everyday of the week. I think I have over-commited myself in too many things. But I do enjoy it, just that I wish I have more time to recooperate before the next practise/event starts.

And then, being a very "che" August, my pink Sony Ericsson phone got crashed. Some blind fellow stepped on it, cracking every lcd screen, every mother board, spoiling every button. So my phone is still under repair, even after 3 weeks of it lying at the workshop. Simply because it is a limited edition phone, and pink covers don't come by easily. I was really depressed by the fact that my phone MAY never be pink again.

Just when you think unluckiness with me and phones are over, 2 weeks later, I lost my old phone. The black samsung one. I left/dropped it some where in the Uni's library, and ten minutes later, when I noticed it was gone, my phone can no longer be gotten through when called. Some damn bloody dishonest people has stole it. I hate IMU students.

So those are the phones episodic depressions. And when you think nothing worse could ever happen again, I had to drive on a early friday morning, on a wet tar road, and with a car with no ABS system, and lose control of it, and skidded right of the road into another, crash into the side wall, and then skid two full rounds and land on the other lane across a curb. I could have died. I felt the impact when the car hit the wall. I could have a decelerating internal injury. I could have crashed a lampost and killed myself. (The sprint highway officer said I prolly was the only "mangsa" who didnt kena lamppost).

Now I have no car to drive, have to trouble my parents for the car repair works, trouble the pitiful boyfriend, prolly get allowance even further deducted, and need to find transport to get myself around. I may even need to resort back to trains.

Btw, wanna see my car?!??!

I'm not very proud of it. 4 times in a span of less than a 10 months. I think I should be banned from roads. (Maybe daddy should hire a personal driver for me)

August is almost coming to an end. I really hope the "che"-ness goes away with it. May September be a lucky month!!

Fatigue

I can't really remember when was the last time I actually stopped to take a deep breath. My days has been so busy that I no longer have my own time of my own. It's all about waking up early to be in school at 8am, and then reaching home only at 11pm. And the next day the cycle begins.

Take today for example.
8am-10am was dance practice for 2 dances that I'm going to perform in equatorial the next day. And then it was rushing about getting my elective report done because I am already past the deadline for submission. By the time I get to settle down, it was 12pm. Time to have lunch and take a short nap. 2pm-3pm was PBL. Then comes lectures, which I just dozed off in the midst of it due to fatigue. 7pm-830pm was cheerleading practise, then at 9pm we left to buy cheerleading props hoping to get cheap prices at the pasar malam.

This has been going on for 2 weeks and will carry on for another 3 more weeks. HECTIC!!

I think I spent more time in uni than at home. My room became like some hotel, only masuk when wanna bath, or sleep.

Anyways, off to sleep right now. Tomorrow another long day, and a BIG one too!!

Men Health Finale for Refine and Define.

This is my son. His name is Wilkinson. He is single and available. He made momma proud by succesfully completing Men's Health Refine and Define contest as a finalist. Although a little vertically challenged, he is actually a very nicey nice nice guy.

Okay, let me first explain on the process of his birth. Throughout the 3 months of pain and torture (he's premature, explains his height doesn't it) of going through the suffering of studying for our exams, this little boy was wandering in the library, instead of studying, as most of us found out, he is either chatting with other people, sleeping, or playing counter strike. I have so many sleeping pictures of him you don't even want to see it (he might kill me for posting it up). So I always nag him to study, and ended up being called mom. And the title stuck. Dayumn.

So back to my son. He invited five of his buddies (rather 3 buddies, one real dad, and one fake parent) to the finale of his contest.
There you go. Rachel (buddy), Wilkinson (my son), Denise (buddy), and me (fake parents), and ZhiVen (buddy)

It was at Mont Kiara, and trying to get there is disastrous. We had lecture till 630pm, and the event starts at 7pm. After lecture, I still had to dashed to Chloe's place to pick up her earrings (cos I forgot to bring mine thank god for her) then hurry hurry get changed and make up myself, then help Denise with her make up, and then rush to the volleyball court to finish of volleyball business (because there is a match going on that day), then realise my phone was left in the apartment, so rush back to the apartment to retrieve it, then get into the car realising I was hungry, so dashed to the opposite side of uni to buy some bread, then fast fast drove of at a maximum speed of 60kmph because it was super jam, then stall at the side of the street for some time because Rachel's car who's tailing behind was out of sight, and then slowly made our way to the place.

We reached at 8. or was it 830?? There goes the free goodie bag for the first 200 guest to arrive.

That the two Denises!!

And the 3 girls who were there

Host of the night : Joey.G. Denise claims that he is super hot.

The program was a little mundane. The best performance was of course when One Buck Short blew the crowd away with their noise at the end. But before that, they announced the winner of individual categories, the most cool, the most well-dressed (some damn jang guy won that lar, not fair), the most good body (or something like that), the most dedicated.

And then there was fashion show by Tangs. And a session with a stand up comedian who is so not funny at all. He claims chinese girls are like video games. Oh-My-God.

Fashion show
Giving out plagues (ah yersinis pestis) to the finalist - okay I am not funny I know

The girls again (Man we love the camera)

Oh and we took picture with the hot host guy.

Cheers!!!! (wo Den)

Fatique and horny car

My life has too much drama. Every episode of it is a drama. Dramatically wipes off my smile any moment.

Noone tells me anything, so I keep guessing. Keep getting left out of things. Keep pretending it doesn't matter. Keep being busy because it takes my mind of things. Keep playing the role whereby I owe my life to other people.

And yet still find myself surrounded in drama.

Every second in Uni is a rush to me. My schedule is packed like crazy, I have no time for myself at all. Till date I have sacrificed morning sleeps for sports, sacrificed dinners for cheerleading, sacrificed studies for dance.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

On a very unrelated note.

I spotted a horny car. Really HORNY HORNY car!!!!

BJJ 6969.

Big jiao jiao, and y'all know what 69 means. To have it twice somemore!!!

Back to School

Just as everyone is afraid of. Start of term is here. And my one week of absense in this blog kinda dictates how busy I am every weekday. My day in uni start at latest 8-9 plus in the mornings, and ends at 1030pm. Making me wake up at least before 7am everyday and go to bed at 1am all fatigue and tired.

N.e.e.d t.o b.r.e.a.t.h

However is all these huzzle and buzzle of life that makes life interesting, and takes your mind away from all the miserable thoughts. Not that I needed any, but life is just never fair.

So lets peek at how my timetable goes. Monday morning was a day I need to get up an some un-god-ly hour, because Zhiven has basketball training at like 7 in the morning?!?!? Damn you all basketballers better be grateful if its not for me you wont see your captain on monday morning. (Expects showerings of thank-you's and gifts)

Haha, subsequently my days were filled with activities like that. It's either volleyball practise, cheerleading practises (yes it started already), dance practises, basketball practises (please don't even get me started on why I have to be on the team) or dwelling over un-studied lecture notes (have I nerrdify or what)

So bottomline is. I am super duper busy I cant breath.

But our practise sessions did pay off last Wednesday. It was our first volleyball match against pharmacy people. Oh god my leg shivered on court that day. We were SO CLOSE TO LOSING. We played till the third match and won with a super close margin of 25-23. Hooray!!

Double hooray actually because our guys team won as well, with the exact same close margin-ness as us with their opponent team. Are we united or what. LOL.

The guys before their match. They were doing a whoosh with a "Diaaaaaaaaa-Mooonnnnddddss" It's really hilarious.

Now comes the story behind the Diamonds whoosh. If you all have been an avid reader, you would know Diamonds is the name of my batch's cheerleading team. And how did I pick the name, oh well, blame it on the laziness to mix songs, I simply reap a pre-mix song I found on the internet by an international team called Diamonds and just conveniently named my own team Diamonds so that the song seem personalised to us. Little would I know the name will actually become a BATCH NAME!! LOL. Imagine if it's a basketball match, a whole group of big sized macho guys go DIAMONDS in a whoosh. I can laugh I tell you. *oh I got a stitch*

Our guys during the match
Our supporters!!! Petite little Chloey-Doey who came all the way in her little heels to sweat and cheer!!! (proud of you la), Seeki (or else known as Cheeky or Lucia) and Ada. They both didn't stay for the girls match la. Sob Sob

The girl's team before the match. (Spot me I'm number 9!!)

After the match. We both won!!! Weee

Redang day 3

Once upon a time, there was no light. 3 girls stumbled upon a sacred object, and was amazed by it. They thought it was food, and tried to lick it, but little did they realise, its "L.I.G.H.T" Okay I am being lame. But you could really guess wat Wilkinson's oil lamp became on that night. -- a Camwhore item.

Final day was departure day. Although feeling all sad, and reluctant to go, we had to drag our asses out of bed (rather the beach since we spent the whole night there) to clean up and have breakfast.

Random note : Rachel spoilt our toilet pipe, causing the toilet to flood, and everyone to freeze after getting splashed by cold water.
The little red tail squirrel - Adorable ain't it???
EEEEyyerrrr cute betul

the girls on the trip
My guai zhai!!

Our family of 7. Let me give you a proper introduction in case you all misunderstand who is who. From left - Zhiven, Me, Wilkinson, Christy, Rachel, Eugene, Denise.

Then our long winded journey repeats itself. From Redang island to jetty, from jetty to Kuala Terengganu town, from K.Terrenganu town to the bus station.
At the bus station. The 3 extras are fellow tour-mates who happen to sign up the same package as us for this trip!!

And the final stretch of the journey.
In the bus. And here I am now. Back in polluted crowded city of Kuala Lumpur, dreading the start of uni which is like TOMORROW sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk sulk.

Day 2 at the beach (Redang)

All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. All play and no work makes you don't want holidays to end at all.

I'm down with countable days of holidays using one hand. Damn damn damn, I felt as though I have not played enough. *ain't it always*

Sometimes the thought of going back to uni, just makes you feel nauseous.
And trust me, I am not the only one. Rachel felt it days ago, and vomited endless amount of fluid. Poor girl.
Day 2 at Redang was of course, fun. D-U-H. We woke up in the morning to enjoy our breakfast (nasi lemak and toast), and savour Rachel's old town white milk tea. Then it was snorkelling again. We had like 3 snorkelling trips altogether. A little boring actually, but then again it comes with the package, and it's an opportunity to go out to the big blue sea and JUMP into it where no decent land is nearby.

This time, snorkelling was at the marine park. There was a crowd. A lot of people. Gosh. But we still headed for the water and waddle waddle. Lol. This time I was luckier. I saw a JELLY FISH. and screamed. Saw a black fin SHARK. and screamed again, not to mention swimming freestyle full speed ahead in the opposite direction draining all my energy that very instant. Saw sword fishes, Baracuda's, those rock coloured camouflage fishes and a lot of funny colourful fishes.

And when we were back to the beach, we lazed around and sat at hammocks, and explored the beach a little. One tourist attraction on the island, is to observe red tailed squirrels. And all of us stared at the tree dungu-fied while the squirrel SLEPT on the tree.
I coloured our face black to hide the dungu-fied expression. And then we took lotsa lotsa pictures. I really like this one. It has two rings to it. It can either be a very serene picture, whereby everyone is being tranquilized by the calmness of the sea, or it can be a very EMO picture, whereby all of us are trying to commit suicide by walking straight into the water.

Then came the attempts to jump over waves.
You first do a half squat with your hands stretched out far in front of you. Use those leg muscles to pounce yourself upwards into the air, Land back on two feet. And fall down into the water in case your landing skills suck. Redang also has this little make-do tea inn in which the movie "Summer Holidays" featuring Sammi Cheng and Richie Ren was shot. This random cookie monster picture with two random strangers was totally random. We were all standing in the little shop inside More More Tea Inn and I turned to talk to Christy. She was like standing there, with a couple behind here wearing almost similar shirt. So I was like "Christy turn around and see" and she turned. And we decided it would be cute to take a picture together. So snapped snapped. I really love this picture. Makes all of us look like we're casts for some big show featuring the little tea inn. And thats me and Christy and her little cookie monster inside the heart shape. (and you may wonder where the hell Ven was at that moment *he was sleeping on a hammock totally ignorant about what was going on*)

In the noon we went snorkelling AGAIN. This time we brought bread out to feed fishies. And it was so FUN!!! I kept screaming and screaming everytime the fished bit my fingers when I held bread, or when they swim pass my body. We kept trying to touch the fishies, but they were fast swimmers.

And then, back on shore again, a very kind hearted worker at Redang Bay showed us a black spotted eel when he took us snorkelling by the rocks. The eel is huge. Like BIG BIG HUGE!! (It's my first time seeing an eel so the size is entirely up to my interpretion). It was quite challenging swimming against current and waves.
Back at shore

Finally, a proper picture within the heart shape with the correct company

At night

Reach out for the trees

Lastly, the last part of the day was spent sitting around Wilkinson's make-do-campfire-oil-lamp fooling around. What happened around the oil-lamp is another tale on its own.
Till then. Tata!!
