As I step down from the stage, the next series of comments given my friends are always "great show!!" "good job!!" "wonderful performance!!" "marvelous!!"
But i can't help wondering if they were telling a white lie to make up for the feeling of me feeling that the show was a disaster.
how else can the show be "wonderful" when everyone is out of tune, and messy.
the only person u can turn to is your family, for an honest opinion. which is why i always record my performances, to bring it home to show it to them for feedback.
the show which everyone said "good job" my sister said " aiyer why so messy one, are all bands supposed to sound like this?"
the voice which everyone said was "wonderful" my sister said "the microphone mutated your voice, you sound like a ghost!!"
the coordination which everyone said was "great" my sister said "how come your band members are talking to each other one? i can even read the fella's mouth counting 1234!! so un-pro"
see, this is how much u can trust your friends for an honest opinion. or in other words, this is how much you can trust your sister in not-disappointing you.
but at least she said "overall its was oki, cos all bands sound noisy, and the sound system is terrible"
ps: as for the friendship problem i have, i decided its best i move on, and seek for more worthy frens. cos i realise, this particular fren backstabs. retard!
